1. Who we are

WillSafe UK is a trading name of WSC Group Ltd (the "Company", "we", "our", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales. Company number 17117072. Correspondence address: 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA. Contact: richard@willsafe.org.uk.

2. What these terms cover

These terms apply when you visit willsafe.org.uk or purchase digital products from us. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

3. What we sell

We sell digital self-help templates and guides for making a Will, recording your wishes, planning for incapacity, and organising your estate, intended for adults resident in England and Wales.

We are not solicitors, CILEx practitioners, barristers, or authorised under the Legal Services Act 2007. Our products are not legal advice. Will-writing is not a reserved legal activity. If you need advice on your personal circumstances, please consult a qualified legal professional.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to contract. Our Will templates are drafted for use by people domiciled in England or Wales. They may not be appropriate if you are domiciled in Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, or overseas.

5. Orders and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Stripe; we do not store your card details.

Your order is confirmed when we send you the order confirmation email with your downloads. If we cannot supply a product (for example, a payment dispute), we will refund you in full.

6. Delivery of digital products

Your products are delivered as electronic files (PDF and editable Microsoft Word). Download links are sent by email immediately after payment. Download links expire after seven (7) days. If you need a re-send, email richard@willsafe.org.uk with your order number.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have 14 days to cancel an order for digital content, unless you have begun downloading and expressly consented to waive that right. At checkout, you acknowledge and consent that download begins immediately on payment and your 14-day right is waived from that point.

We offer a goodwill 30-day refund window for digital products that have not yet been downloaded. See our Refund Policy for details.

8. Licence and use

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to use our templates for your own estate planning and that of your immediate family. You may not resell, republish or redistribute the templates. You may not strip out or alter our copyright notices.

9. No warranty that a Will will be valid

The templates are drafted in accordance with the formality requirements of the Wills Act 1837. Whether a Will is valid in practice depends on how you complete and sign it. You are responsible for following the signing and witnessing instructions provided. Nothing on this site guarantees that your Will will be valid or will achieve any particular outcome.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any matter where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to the above, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for the order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses (including loss of inheritance or loss of tax relief) arising from your use of our products.

11. Data protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

13. Complaints

If something has gone wrong, please email richard@willsafe.org.uk. We will respond within 5 working days. See our complaints procedure.
